When I was younger I always felt New Year was a huge waste of time. It's funny how it has become my absolute favorite holiday, right before Valentine's Day which I also disliked muchly. Times always change and so has my view on life. So now it is my favorite time of year! New Year, Valentine's Day and although this is a personal holiday my birthday right after that. Your confections have me hooked! I cant tell you what caramels I love better, each are so divine! My favorite, and I recommend to everyone to try the Earl Grey Tea Caramel, so very delectable! These handmade confections are divine and very addicting! I'm definitely a life-time fan and will order regularly. The Fleur de Sel was the favorite for both my husband and myself. The salted turtle bar was amazing, too.

I just ordered the toasted almond and I've been salivating over the salt variety so I may have to order that one soon, too! I've been wanting to buy these for quite some time. Very excited to give it a whirl!
